The purpose of this research is to understand your experience with virtual visits (also called telehealth or telemedicine) and how this has affected your relationship with your healthcare providers. We also want to better understand how virtual visits and your relationships have affected your understanding of your healthcare.

This study will include online interviews that will take place on Microsoft Teams and will take about 60 to 90 minutes. If you decide to take part in this study, we will ask you questions about your experiences using virtual visits to receive healthcare over the past few years. We will also ask you to complete a short questionnaire about your demographic information.

You will receive a $50 gift certificate to Amazon at the end of the interview.
